- AAAshleeNov 3, 20251.0Our group of five families stayed at Fiesta Key RV Resort, and we were all extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful from the start. There was no WiFi, no restaurant or bar as advertised, and no housekeeping services. When we asked for clean towels, we were told we had to pay to wash the ones we already had. The cottages were run down and falling apart, and the AC unit was so loud it sounded like a train coming through the wall. There were no kitchen items to cook with, even though the cottages were supposed to be equipped. To make things worse, I was harassed about my service dog, which was completely inappropriate and against ADA guidelines. Then, after checkout, we were charged a $150 “damage fee” even though there was zero damage to the unit. The entire place is poorly maintained, misrepresented online, and not worth the money. Overall, this was a horrible stay, and we would never recommend Fiesta Key RV Resort to anyone.
