The campground was very tight for our motorhome. The pad was barely large enough to park. My slides hit brush on both sides. The mosquitos were horrible. Could not sit outside. Plumbing was exposed above ground. Think it was electrical, because it was pvc. So it should not have been drinking water. Expensive.

I have been visiting the campground since I was a kid and just took my daughters for their first stay. It was such a lovely time. It’s nostalgic to take them to see the outdoor movie, drive around in the golf cart, and just look at all the decorations. I love the little customs like putting stockings out for other guests to drop in little toys. My five year old loved checking her stocking every morning and evening. We stayed in the 100 loop which is tight in some areas but we prefer the quick access to the boats and restaurant. My daughter also got to walk over to the pony rides multiple times during our stay. Personally I love hearing the horses clip-clop by every night, as well as the fireworks and the music from the water parade. Some may not like that though. I do not like the new hotel going in. It’s giant and looming and out of place and I’m super worried about traffic and crowding. I think Disney is shortsighted about a lot of their decisions with this new building but I’ll try to stay open minded. I also think they need to return to allowing 3rd party golf cart rentals as our Disney rental was filthy, full of trash, and barely worked. And the dogs on property. A German shepherd nearly attacked an employee as she walked around the outdoor movie handing out bug wipes. The owners left immediately after but you can’t bring a dog like that to a place full of children. Two toddlers walked by their spot shortly after and that could have been a very different outcome. And I love dogs!! People just need to be smart about bringing them to such a crowded, busy environment full of unfamiliar people and places.

8:30 AM I am walking my small dog when a very large dog comes running out of a room and tries to attack my dog. I get between them to protect my dog and in doing so am nearly bit myself. I barely save my dog and the other owner comes out and starts cussing me out as if the situation is my fault. I immediately call the front desk who tells me someone will be over to handle this ASAP. 2 hours later I call again and am assured manager Ryan is on his way to my site to speak to me. An hour later I call again and leave my cellphone because I’m not waiting to take my family to the park any longer. Fast forward 11 hours, still no one calls, so I go the lobby where I’m told a manager will give a call. Now manager Cameron calls me to tell me that because my dog was not bit, there is nothing he will do about it and the three hour delay before the parks was my own fault. This place is a joke. Worst Disney experience by far, stay far away from this place. Can’t forget to mention the cockroaches and ants in the rooms, here’s some photos.

There are no rooms, the camp sites are perfect. When we got there another site was being prepared and they literally powerwashed everything and it looked brand new before the next person came in. No bugs, a ton of lizards and turkey. The bathrooms were always perfect which for a campsite with sand, that was odd to me. People were great, food was great, and transportation to the parks was easy and great! Remember though, for tent campers, the humidity... bring lots of fans...

The worse customer service I have ever experience, not what you would expect from “The Happiest Place on Earth”. They claim “policies” and that it is mentioned in “Terms in Conditions” when you fact check them on it and let them know you have actually read them and there is no mention of the policy, they get upset and point to a line that says “terms may change at any time” as there legal out for doing whatever they want.
A family place who would not allow kids to spend the holiday with their grandparents because we were unsure they could join 18 months prior when we booked. Truly unbelievable what Disney service has turned into.
