- YGYanet GonzalezOct 20, 20252.0Everything is very clean, very good, the pool is excellent, but the most important thing is that I see no one taking care of security because on two occasions homeless people who live on the streets entered the pool area and the bathrooms. I did not feel safe on that side, neither for me nor my family, it is an important issue. I hope they resolve it soon.

- MGMike GlogowskiJul 14, 20254.0My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and the location is very nice, close to everything, the tram runs from the park to the beach for $.35 (great deal). Walmart is right next door to the park. The pool is very nice, I can see it being very crowded when the park is full. The restrooms were not open, they did have port o let’s? Not bad but we’re not there at the busy time.
- RDRick DupuisMay 15, 20215.0It is obvious that Pat & Sandy enjoy their jobs! They are very customer service oriented and do what ever they can to assure your stay is a pleasant one. My wife and I have been in the TT system for over 15 years and this is by far, one of the BEST maintained parks we've stayed at. Patio pads have been replaced, new electric, cable worked well, pool is immaculate and lawn well maintained. Observation: Yesterday, I saw Pat doing his site inventory at 0645, he then went and got the mower and mowed the vacant sites that were expecting guests over the weekend. Again, this is something that most CG's don't consider. Long after quitting time, 1930 hrs on this same Friday night, Pat noticed the US flag was not flying correctly, one of the hooks had broken, Pat took the Flag down until he can get the pole repaired. Who these days does that. These folks are just the best. The only downside of this park are the extremely narrow roads. Really tough getting in and out of the sites especially with cars parked on the side of the roads. I stayed in a 38' Class A. KUDOS and Thank You for such a enjoyable stay, Rick & Brandy
- BFBarbara FaithFeb 9, 20185.0Nice RV park. Nice heated pool. Close to Wal-Mart, Post Office, near beaches. Access to beaches via trolley you can ride for .75 Or $4.00 all day. Close drive to Sanibel Island. Clean, well maintained Restrooms, laundry coded doors 24 hr access. Only negative was fitness center was not on location, but it was available at sister RV park 1 mile away.
