Came here to buy a bike rack and Kaydee greeted me immediately as I walked through the door and helped me through my whole purchase. Ryan was also very knowledgeable and friendly, and the two of them helped me purchase the right car rack, the appropriate pieces of supplemental equipment, and even helped me install it correctly. The level of expertise and guidance is why I initially visited, but the customer service and kind assistance is why I will happily purchase from here again! Thank you guys for all your help!
- JPJoseph PeekNov 30, 20252.0I have used this shop for 20 years and was happy with the service and friendly professional atmosphere but it has changed through the years. My last encounter found me waiting for 14 days vice the 3 to 5 day estimate I received at the start. I called 7 times on 3 days and was put to voice message box which was not activated. When I inquired why I had to make the trip up there, they had me call and showed me how it came through fine ( in other words they unblocked me) and thought this 80 year old man would never figure that out. I then asked them to please give me a call to update me when the part being shipped had arrived. What assumed was the owner stepped forward and told me with 300 to 400 tickets he did not have the time to update his clients. I have been there on Saturday which I assume is their busiest day and noted the traffic coming through the door and the math just does not pan out. At any rate he now has one less ticket to worry about in the future. The work he did was substandard ( full tune up ) and the shift in the gears was not set correctly, the chain assembly still had dirt on it and I had to reclean and relube it. The bike was still dirty and unable to replace the chain guard. I will go elsewhere! Their work and client support is lacking. Brakes work !! This all concluded on veterans day!!

- DKDanny KingNov 25, 20255.0Bought a Giant mountain bike last Saturday. It was a quick and pleasurable transaction. I decided to buy my wife an e-bike this past Saturday...took 5 minutes. They even did some work on another bike of mine while I was there. We walked in bought a bike, had a part repaired and purchased a pair of shorts all in about 10 minutes. So far, they get 5 stars for their customer service and knowledgeable staff. If you're looking to purchase, repair or just ask some questions regarding bikes, this is the place. Edit: I’ve now been to the shop a few times and every time I go, they are extremely accommodating. Buying a bike or buying accessories, these folks are awesome and they don’t just sell you parts, they go the extra mile and install them while you wait when possible.
