Shoutout to the office team who are exceptional! Maximo, Jim, Brianna, Anitra and Marie are all fabulous! We will return to Tranquility Lakes as many times as possible!

It is beautiful with great amenities, staff and the most beautiful sunsets you ever saw! We have been coming here for the last two years and it only gets better. Anitra, the activities director, is simply AMAZING! Always planning activities to keep us busy, energized, and entertained! We truly feel like home here and are making wonderful friendships and creating unforgettable memories. Ten out of ten!

The photos shown on the web are exactly what we were looking for and the place looked even better when we visited each building. The staff is very friendly and but since all is well not sure I'll be contacting them. Theres two security gates when entering, one for residents and one for guest with a guard to assist them. Landscaping is well kept; we were at site #55 all edges trimmed around a giant concrete level pad. Encore Tranquility Lakes is now on our favorites list, and we will surely be returning multiple times
- MPMarie PuttNov 5, 20254.0Nice sites with site numbers on the road easy to find. Sunrise and sunsets are amazing,everyday was breezy ! The work out gym in the club house was very nice just need cubbies for guest! No signs in gym stating no kids under age 18! Nice tables outside clubhouse just need fire pits! Front office is not welcoming at all every one of them were like we should not enter! NO place for out going mail wow! Rude! There is no speed bums and so many just fly by in front of your site! Be carful riding bikes! The Entrance to the resort needs better lighting and on the sign very dark coming in at night!! All in all beautiful park! Staff gets one star for being a newer resort they were not bubbly! Last year we stayed and was free wine tasting and then you bought wine and was delivered the next week great event! This year I hear they charge 35.00 that’s sad!! They did have a great New year party but music was to load and should be no kids was not enjoyable .
