  Arrived at 443pm and office closed at 5pm states sign, but- No one here. Envelope left and called site manager. Sites are not guaranteed and we were placed in a site very uneven with broken glass, broken concrete slab also uneven old cracked picnic table with bird crap all over it, and bird feces everywhere! After cleaning site, parking tight. Manager did give us a discount after speaking with us, that is why a rating of 2 instead of 1. Noisy full time residents behind us with junk laying at their site( pallets, ladders, furniture). Nothing to do in town and all the rodes under construction! Such a mess and sadly never returning! Screened in pool looked nice. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

  Maintenance is not being down here. Grass only got cut one time in 3 months here. Pool and pool deck is not sufficient for the size park. Not a place to maneuver large RV’s through narrow streets. Office administrator was not at all pleasant. People in park were the best part! Not returning due to all above!
