The incredible views from our FL RV Campground would be incentive enough to spend a few days here, but where would a resort be without great amenities? We offer spacious sites and fun organized activities. Our list of great park features is extensive with shimmering swimming pools, great fishing spots, boating, a game room, volleyball, table tennis, activity center, picnic grove, a playground, shuffleboard, horseshoes, pickle ball courts and exceptional weekly entertainment. There will never be a dull moment!

The walk by the piers is beautiful, the landscaping around the park is always well cared for, and the laundry facilities are clean and convenient. Everyone we’ve met has been friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. Highly recommend Riverside if you’re looking for a scenic, quiet, and well-maintained place to stay!

Equity LifeStyle Properties purchased it, and unfortunately, its appeal has decreased significantly. If you seek a more welcoming atmosphere look elsewhere. Many RV Parks in the area offer great amenities without the stringent rules. The lot prices have significantly increased, along with adding individual electric meters to each lot, increasing the overall expenditures. No more garbage pickup at the individual sites, now a drop-off in a storage area. Very disappointing. ☹️ Kim Murphey

Equity LifeStyle Properties has purchased this park and have totally ruined it! All thanks to a person named Scott Payrits who Corporate sent in to undo all of Riverside’s glory. If you are smart, look elsewhere for a nicer atmosphere without drama from all of the changes. It is unfortunate one person can come into a once top notch park and totally sabotage it in a matter of a couple of weeks.
- JCJim CampbellNov 16, 20255.0Wife and I just got here recently, we are annuals...we live in the circle, and I must say...we Love it here, the staff is absolutely hands down amazing, the most amazing people we've ever come across...laughs are abundant, personalities are godly, hearts warm welcomes and good natures as overflowing...I'm feeling discontentment about changes being made by encoure and have hopes the rumours I hear are false..and surely hope the bigs in corp arent really trying to sever kindness and conv between staff and reaidents....I'm still taking staff out in my boat regardless....if so, encoure is going to have a large load of negative backlash. None the less, we feel very relaxed here and love it...its giving us the warm feels of Home for sure. Beautiful place to be
