We went in on a Saturday to adjust my skis and the boots didn't fit right so they had to redo the binding so we left them overnight but while we were there the first time there was a boy and a girl working and they were both all smiles and so nice and that we're giving us updates on the snow conditions on the road and on the mountains and it was a great experience especially my daughter loved playing with the cute dog they had. The next day Sunday we came back and Zach was unbelievably helpful and I just wanted to give a big shout out for a really great customer service experience and totally unexpected! Thanks

Amazing service. Dave not only rented us all of the equipment we needed, he taught us how to use it and a few tips too. You can tell he has a lot of experience, DEFINITELY GO HERE
