BEWARE, this bike shop steals from their customers. Last year, my rear suspension needed service. The shop said they were unable to do it and would need to send it to the golden location for service. Annoying but tolerable. It took them three entire months to do their “service”. When I got the bike back. The suspension was no different. When I took it into the golden Trek store They confirmed that no service was done and they had been told by the downtown store to simply replace the suspension as is. At that point it only took the golden trek store one week to do the entire service and they did a great job. They gave me a discount for the trouble so I decided not to leave a negative review at that time. This last month, however, I took my bike into the downtown store for a brake bleed, front brake pad replacement, and derailer adjustment. When I got the bike back and took it around the block, it was clear that the brakes were still squeaking and the derailer was still off. I took the bike to another shop who confirmed that none of the service I was charged for was done. The brake pads were still old, the brakes needed
bleeding, and the derailer was still in need of repair. So this is two times I was charged by the shop and they did literally no service on my bike. It is also significantly more expensive than other stores. From now on, I’ll be taking my bike to wheat Ridge Cyclery or the golden Trek store, which seems much more legit.

10/5 🌟...just found my new LBS (very recently moved from TX)...went in with a new ebike in mind...Zach showed me a ton of options, explained them well, gave me the pros and cons, and wanted me to ride the different varieties...he was very patient and set me up for success...Ryan was also involved and gave some great advice as well, as this will be my first ebike, but 4th Trek between myself and my wife
EDIT: Bought an old, cheap trek from a pawn show just to get around after someone stole mine, and after someone tried to steal this one, realized they had popped the tube...took it by needing assistance and Zach was there again to change the tube, and went ahead and made some quick adjustments that opened up the rest of the gears that had not been working...KUDOS to Trek, and Ryan and Zach, for putting customers first 🍻
