Didn’t get a good vibe walking into this store for the first time. I went in to get an estimate on a few 1 oz silver rounds and was immediately met with rude, dismissive service from the girl behind the counter. Within a minute of asking a couple of basic questions. how much they were selling over spot, she shut down the conversation, handed me off to Mark (the owner, I assume), and disappeared.
After several minutes of talking with Mark, she suddenly reappeared and stood off to the side listening in, which was unprofessional and awkward. Mark then defended her behavior and call their offer “generous,” even though they were clearly trying to lowball me by $5–6 below spot price on collectible silver coins.
Extremely poor customer service and shady business practices. Do not recommend doing business with these guys at all.
