It wasn't until we left and came back an hour later that we realized that Cole was the manager. I believe that the bartender and possibly other bartenders are pocketing money. Please do not buy drinks here.

- CSChristiana Da SilvaOct 27, 20251.0If you’re trying to make a reservation on their website, they do not accommodate children and will charge you full price for a 1yo, 2yo, 3yo. Outrageous since children that age don’t bowl. So you’re forced to do a walk in, which then, they STILL charge you full price for children. As a nursing mother of an 8mo old, they told me at the register I could not have my water with me and I needed to put it back in the car. I explained to them I needed to drink water so I wouldn’t get dehydrated feeding my baby-again, told no and they would give me a cup of water. I asked if we could get a pitcher of water since we had 5 adults and 3 children, they said pitchers are for booked events only. Seriously…it’s water? If we’re paying over $100 to bowl, being charged full price for our children who aren’t bowling and ordering over $100 of food from their onsite restaurant I shouldn’t have to “speak to the manager” to get water. Not to mention this place was very dirty, we asked the staff if we could get someone to clear off the table (the family next to us left) and they told us “we’re too busy it’s going to be a very long time” so we had to clear their dirty dishes and wipe down their tables on our own. For paying over $200, spending 2 hours there, feeling embarrassed having to argue with staff to get water and bussing their tables, completely unprofessional establishment. I will never go back here nor suggest this place to any nursing mothers or families with young children.
