Ok sigh.
Came on Monday at 11am - so not busy.
But you will have to wait in line.
Ended up having to wait in line 2 different times. There were at least 4 employees.
Bowling is good but be prepared for super loud music + mega screen tvs everywhere all playing different flashing videos and ads, and of course the normal noise one would like or expect people bowling, video games, people.
Also super dark; so if you are trying to focus & see to aim - no good. Just want to throw ball and drink/ eat sure. I didn’t try the food or drinks. But know there is a service fee added in addition to a tip line request for all food & drink.
There are zero hand sanitizer materials.
So you gotta bring that if you want a clean ball to touch.
I specifically asked can or do they have something for cleaning the balls - nope sorry, but they do spray the shoes.
We had a weekday discount plus an online pay advance reservation no cancel reservation discount so bought 2 people 2 bowls each with shoes down from 82$ to $53. Bought arcade play 1 person 1hr $25. So basically prep $45-80 per person minimum to bowl & play a few arcade games.
There is tax on top of these prices of course.
There is a massive and full distilled liquors bar. Was totally empty during day. Which in San Jose is about $75k to $100k + annually in licenses. So prices of bowl need to upkeep their bar business possibly. I don’t drink alcohol.
Apparently there used to be a pool table but did not see it.
If you are more serious than a 3rd graders bday party or bachelor booze party - you know like a League Bowler - don’t think you’re going to like this at all. Didn’t really see League Bowl info out - but finding that was not a priority.
FYI Over half games in arcade are not included. Which they warn up front but say it in a different way (green light games not included).
Ice or water is not free.

Multiple lanes and a variety of balls.
Food service and the food itself are horrible!
We waited 40 minutes for a sampler dish which wasn’t cheap. After 30 minutes of waiting we asked about the order and only then they started preparing it and said they ran out of lemon pepper sauce, so we had to choose something else.
We asked twice for water, and when it came, it was cups of water instead of a water pitcher.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Bowlero arcade. We had an issue with the game card not loading the credits we paid for, and when we asked for help, the card manager, Cole, was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution or even trying to look into the problem, he acted bothered that we asked for assistance at all.
We spent money and expected basic customer service, but we were met with attitude and zero effort to fix the situation. For a place that markets itself as fun and family-friendly, our experience was the complete opposite. We won’t be returning.
