I took my old rusty folding bike in to the store yesterday to see if they could loosen my seat post which was jammed in and I was unable to raise it. The technicians were very gracious and helpful and spent time successfully loosening it, thus enabling me to ride again. They could have fobbed me off saying it was too difficult to fix but instead they spent the time. I am very grateful. Thank you!
