Adults and children will benefit from a warm welcoming environment. I had so many problems after struggling with hurt in my past, but Sensei Sheryl understood and patiently waited for me to be ready for each step in growth and healing. Now thanks to her, all that pain is in the rear view mirror. I hold my head high and am ready foe whatever life throws at me, I throw it back!
