I thought the gear needs adjustment because it can get stuck when shifting. It turned out that the plastic protective disk was broken and loose. It can get stuck. The technician fixed the problem really quick. And tighten the brake cables. He did not charge me and get me out in 10 min. I’m very appreciative. They will be my go to store for my bikes.
