- OGOscar GaryNov 1, 20252.0Booked my wife’s 28th bday here. I’ll start by saying that the servers were great, Chloe and Danny were both very kind and salvaged the experience. We were very disappointed because it’s advertised as a glow bowl but it’s hardly that. The pins and lane are somewhat fluorescent, but every single light in the building was on. I’ve been to lucky strikes before and even to a glow in the dark bowl at other bowling alleys, there’s always much lower lighting to create a fun atmosphere. There was none of that here. We were initially told that it was up to the manager “when” the lights would go low and the music louder. Which never came. Then we were told it was just too early for the lights to lowered and that it would come around 8pm. That never came. Finally a manager approached us about the lights and mentioned he had a VIP room for an additional 345$. Absolutely no help at all, especially after already paying 600$ for the event. Keep in mind as well, it was HALLOWEEN, and every single light in the building was on. We had a total of 14 people buying food and drinks and many had costumes on. Hardly the experience that was advertised. Overall this isn’t a bad bowling alley for kids/teens, but hardly a great experience for adults and certainly not on a holiday like Halloween. Last but not least, the pine were on strings!!!!

From beginning to end the family and I had such a great time. The food was delicious, the staff polite and very helpful, establishment nice and clean plus tons of parking outside. Will definitely book with Bowlero in Pasadena again.

Ladies, I'm ashame! urine on the floor, urine on the seat! urine tissue left on seats, etc. I could go on & on but wont. I will say this, it's not up to the staff to clean behind dirty, grow women! Women do better, teach you little girls to do better with being clean for the next person or people using the commode after them! Please!
