The lanes break with no reset button, causing bowlers to wait in long lines for the staff to reset. Our lane reset the entire cycle not preserving pins knocked down during 1st ball. The bumpers were left up and it took multiple requests for the staff to lower/remove the bumpers. Front staff (tall female at 6pm on 11/15) has a rude tone when speaking with customers. The balls are limited and company cut corners by drilling 4 holes in balls. Theres no option for a medium 12 ball, only L/XL. Some of the rules in place are odd, i.e., cant order a pitcher of water, can only order a pitcher of soda if ordering pizza, etc. I've heard other locations of Bowlero are much better, use those before coming to the location in Murietta.
