Where do I even start.. upon arriving at the front desk the MANAGER named Ashley I believe was extremely rude when asking simple questions regarding wait times.. bartender man looked extremely irritated ready to go home and the same snobby attitude! This place is to crowded the leagues take lanes 1-32. How is that even fair??? Food took FOREVER on top of all this, to the point you don’t even want to eat when it comes.Still waited for our lanes after all the terrible service and continued to be Antagonized and watched by this rude manager for simply giving same attitude back we were receiving. Not our fault you’re overwhelmed and miserable ! Don’t take it out on guest simply coming for a good time. Go to any other Bowlero other than this location.Only pleasant expierence we had was our waiter Knala she was very attentive and nice.
