  Gotta love an REI next to a RE/Supply. Very difficult to leave without something you didn't plan to buy!

  Huge shout out to JOE in the Ski Dept! I cannot say enough amazing accolades for this young man. My ski boot fitting with him was the best experience in my ski life (4 decades). His knowledge about boots, how they should fit, his patience, and his customer service are beyond 5 stars. He not only knows his stuff, he takes the time to compare boots with you, and you never feel rushed. And, he was about to go on his break but spent an hour plus with me and put his break off. I have been to several other ski stores and ski boot stores and did not purchase the boots - felt like I was being pushed to buy by these other what they had in stock and given bad advice. THE OPPOSITE WITH REI JOE - listened to my past concerns and helped me buy the boot that fits my needs. Highly recommend! Thank you Joe!

  I realized that my backpacking bag was missing a clip that I bought a little over a year ago and instead of just simply replacing it they hit me with the “you bought it at the re/supply store and you get what you get” as if they are not responsible for a complete bag. They were really pressed about a clip that was $5.45 that should of been there in the first place. I also had a member reward card that I didn’t realize expired last month and they couldn’t honor it. they acted as if $69.62 just disappeared as if ima bankrupt REI. If I was wyt they would of just given it to me and honored the member reward they sent me…don’t go to this location.
