They made the whole process smooth and dialed everything in perfectly. Picked up a 2026 Madone SL 7 Gen 8 and couldn’t be happier. If you’re serious about bikes and want people who know their stuff, this is the shop to go to.

They were so happy to help and even helped me out with the final cost since I am on social security and my eTrike is my only form of transportation. They released me from a prison that a thief had placed me in when my last eTrike was stolen. I rode away from their store yesterday (pouring down rain) and felt free for the first time in weeks. They were so compassionate and helpful and welcomed my constant input and phone calls with great magnanimity and aplomb when I got upset sharing my story of the thievery. I can't recommend them more highly, especially in this day and age. Even if you just want to ride in, grab a water (still or sparkling!), and chat with the team. They are phenomenal!
