- RRRichAug 16, 20251.0They no longer support their products. Rei brand rain jacket leaked water to the point of being pointless. Even though I'm a 40-year member without 1 return ever they wouldn't fix this. I paid a large amount for a worthless rain jacket because I thought rei meant quality and support. I'm replacing it with a Chinese product off Amazon, and I'm not stepping back into rei ever.
