Many of you know that assembly is required for most of these bikes so it wasn't so easy to get the bike ready that quickly on short notice. When I arrived to pick it up, they helped me get it on my car and made sure it was secure before I left on my 1.5 hour ride back home. Excellent service! Every time I called or texted when I had a question, I always got an answer fairly quickly. I had a great experience.

She provided updates and when the bike shipped she called to make sure we were able to contact the freight company. It arrived yesterday, we put it together and my son loves it. Thank you Bike Craze!

I went there today to buy my first electric bike and it was the best experience, I was able to take a test ride and their boss is incredibly friendly, The best Sur-Ron bikes they can have are E-bikes Plug
