Great place to get snowboard equipment!! Jacob was knowledgeable and very helpful. Their demo option allows you to try on the board before you buy (if you end up buying, the demo fee is taken off the final cost). A great way to make sure it's the right board for you.

I always have such an amazing experience at showcase. The team is willing to chat gear and I’ve bought both my snowboards, at least 2(maybe 3?) pairs of boots and bindings from them. Every single time I go in they give me the time to talk about whatever I’m considering, even if I don’t purchase that day. After having a bad experience with boots that were the wrong fit they helped me find ones that matched my foot shape, and also made me go down 2 sizes.
Jon is a fantastic manager who problem solved an issue for me quickly, professionally and empathetically.
I will definitely continue to recommend to my friends and anyone who will listen to my rants about gear to go to showcase because the team is amazing.
