  The staff are very kind. It was our first time visiting, and they patiently showed us how to make a reservation through the website, which made everything very easy for us. Unfortunately, our child got sick the night before, and two of us couldn’t use the reservation. James kindly helped us with the situation and guided us through the refund process, so we were able to receive a refund without any trouble. Thank you so much for your help. We will definitely come back again next time!

  Absolutely fantastic booting by Chris. I came to Whistler with new boots that I thought were tuned enough, but after a few runs in agony I brought them into Chris who worked his magic and fined tuned them to relieve all the pressure points.

  Hugh the tech helped me with a serious issue with my shift bindings. Unfortunately nothing could be done to fix them, the flaw seemed pretty fatal, but he assisted me as best he could.

  Absolutely amazing!! I bought a set of new boots/soles last year at this store, to replace new boots I had bought in Manitoba that were way too big and giving me pain in my shin. At first I thought these were way too small, but the theory is, “go snug, you can always punch out.” I was only here at Whistler for one more day, so couldn’t finish properly fitting the boots. I was still having the same excruciating shin pain in the next season and almost gave up entirely on this second new boot. I called Salomon’s at Whistler and spoke to Chris and he assured me that we can find a solution. We came back to Whistler for another week of skiing this year, and met Chris the day of our arrival. He so patiently took the time to listen and understand all my concerns. I showed him the areas of pain and he heated/molded punched out these spots and also put a slight lift under my heel-great idea! He also explained to only have a sock and no other pant fabric at all underneath. First day of skiing—-it’s like I had a completely different boot—like night and day difference! I can ski without tears of pain!! Thank you Chris and Salomon for your amazing boot fitting skills and patience!

  The team at this shop is exceptional! They are polite, knowledgeable and customer focused. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. We had to exchange 2 pair of rental boots and they were apologetic and solved our issues.
