I don’t know why I keep trying to shop at this store - maybe because it’s the only one on the island. Low inventory, over-priced (unless item on clearance), and aloof staff.

Two years ago I had a driver fitting with Tony Harris and couldn't be more happy with the experience and results. I went back to get an iron fitting with Tony this time and can't wait for the new irons to arrive. Tony is excellent at what he does and a very good guy. See him if you need a new set.

Dropped 1500 on a set of Callaway irons ,told it would be a week to get them. Called in a week, told another couple of weeks. A great retail experience just got poisoned.
update: how an organization deals with mistakes is vital for a customer experience. Golf town made it right, not with Discounts but ensuring I got my product asap ,made right and most importantly communicated with me throughout the process after my complaint.

I wanted to share one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the friendly staff to the manager who went the extra mile with a price check and price match, we truly appreciated the effort they put in. We’ve been loyal Golf Town customers for years, and I was even an employee over 15 years ago. It’s great to see that the same culture of respect and exceptional service for customers remains strong today. Thanks again for being such lovely humans.
