  Leo was pleasant. Older man at front counter rude - maybe find an alternative occupation in which you enjoy. Lady at change room,.nasty.

  My wife accidentally broke her Taylormade Stealth driver shaft on a road trip, Golftown said the replacement from Taylormade would be $545 plus $150 for hosel and grip. Went to Golftec purchase the replacement shaft with hotel and grip for $199. Moral of the story, buy your golf clubs and club parts at Golftech.

  Review Title: Disappointed with Manager’s Attitude(MR Leo) Despite Good Fitting Service I recently purchased a set of Mizuno Hot Metal irons (5–P) from Golf Town South Surrey after a proper fitting. The fitting experience with Mr. Cramer was excellent — he is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. The rest of the staff I interacted with were also polite and professional. After playing a few rounds, I felt the shaft length could be increased slightly (about ¼ inch). I returned to the store, and Mr. Kramer once again assisted me and agreed the adjustment could be made. However, before the work order could be placed, the store manager, Mr. Leo, intervened abruptly and insisted it would cost $15 per club. I understand stores have policies, but the way this was communicated was abrupt, dismissive, and unprofessional — especially after spending around $1500 on a fitted set (significantly more than off-the-shelf pricing). I wasn’t objecting to the amount but to the manner in which it was demanded. As a customer, I expect respect and constructive communication, not rudeness. Because of this interaction, I left without proceeding with the adjustment. I still appreciate Mr. Cramer and his team, but I was very disappointed by the store manager’s attitude, which overshadowed an otherwise good experience.

  They have a good selection of clothes on clearance. However I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a particular staff member (older lady with short hair). While I was changing, she yelled at me asking how many articles of clothing I had in the room then when I opened the door she barged in to grab the ones I wasn’t buying. Then I saw her shaking her head and rolling her eyes while complaining about it to another employee. I do not appreciate this extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. If she feels helping a customer is an inconvenience to her day then maybe she shouldn’t work in customer service :)
