    I walked in looking for a part. They told me to go to the parts guy, so I went over to the parts counter. When I walked up, the guy just stared at me silently. So I said, I'm looking for one of these, and he just said, we don't. And I'm like, you don't? And then he just shook his head no. So I'm like, does that mean that you don't have them? Then he shook his head yes, and then I walked off. It seems like they could do a little bit better for customer service.

    What a horrible experience! They refuse to let me look at their inventory unless I gave them my name, phone number, and email address. Even though a sales person had to go with me to look around. Lost a potential sale because I wouldn’t give my phone number and email address. What a horrible policy!

    Walked in there, right away, I realize they’re just there to make money, and not help the customer. I was very apprehensive of wanting to give them my license, just to look at the property. I hate how date of mining is more important than the customer experience. I will definitely not be returning there to buy my RV. Which, sadly, I’m in the market, and also my accessories. This place is definitely, really like a very shady business. I did not feel comfortable, I almost felt like I was chased off there loss.
