- DBDawn butlerNov 11, 20252.0I lived there for 5 years. My lot fee was $940/month, plus yearly taxes, water, trash and utilities . My electric bill was about $110/month because of the heat you constantly run the air conditioner. I had a 1 bedroom, 1 bath single wide, no yard. There is a very bad feral cat problem there, the cats sleep on your car, your porch and any outdoor furniture you have, the cats spray urine on everything so the smell outside is bad. They use any flower box as a litter box most neighbors feed them which contributes to them having more litters of kittens , the water is always shut down a few times a month. The office staff are very unfriendly. Most neighbors are nice but there is no privacy the homes are very close together. The pool and gym are nice and they have a library.
