- ABAbby BartlettNov 3, 20252.0I wasn’t impressed with the customer experience at this Trek location. The salesperson talked on a personal call for the first 5 minutes we were in the store and then went into the back. I understand they probably have a lot of “browsers” come through who aren’t looking seriously and don’t want to test ride or discuss, but this attitude from the salesperson was kind of a turnoff from considering a purchase, even for clothes or gear.

I didn't know what size bike my son needed. The employee asked if he knew his inseam. I said " no, what child does. He stated " what does he know'" in the most sarcastic way. You lost a sale & will gladly purchase elsewhere. In the era we are living, companies can't afford to have rude & sarcastic employees. There are plenty of local businesses & in addition to online companies that sell the same things that are sold in your store!! If I could give you 0 out 5 stars I would.

Last thing I expected was to walk in there, cash in pocket, leaving in less than 7 minutes with the mindset that I will NEVER step foot back in there. Check your attitude lady, it's not everyone else's fault you hate life.
