I showed up on a Saturday at 12:30 with a group of 6 adults and 4 kids and was turned away. They said they didn’t have lanes unless we had a birthday party or was part of the “League” but they visibly had over 8 lanes open not being used. If you don’t want my money that’s fine, 3 pitchers of beer and two lanes for three rounds must not mean much these days. On top off all that the customer service was bad and seemed like they were hiding/ignoring us for ten minutes. But that’s customer service these days…

This place has really gone downhill!! We come in Wednesday night it’s moderately busy. No greetings or even smiles. They greeted us with angry expressions and a ‘What do you want?’ I have not been bowling in a while, but I would save your money and go to center bowl or if you decide to come here play by game not hour. We arrived at 8:30 excited and left at 11:30 exhausted and frustrated. And we only paid for two games. We got moved to 3 different lanes because all of the ones we had either didn’t put the pins down or the worker there said “the pins were in backwards” and that they are being set down by a ‘pair of scissors.’ Which i appreciate him trying to explain, but it really didn’t make sense. They didn’t even offer anything to accommodate us having to wait what felt like hours just for the pins to set out for our turn. And it had issues for all of our turn, the worker told us to reset the pins twice and that didn’t even work. I really appreciated him helping as much as he could. It got to a point where we were telling them there were so many issues the guy finally said i don’t even know and they moved us the last time. Was very disappointed and kind of killed the vibe. We came for my brothers birthday and we were not happy at all with the experience. Sad because I really enjoyed this place when I was in high school. You just know they make enough money with my total being $60 for 4 people to play two games to fix the main machines! Or just not put people on lanes you know that are broken smh! I really didn’t wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was just so ridiculous! Don’t even get me started on how nasty the shoes were! Visible dirt on them 🤢

Feels like a dungeon 😆
Drinks are expensive.
Neon bowling is fairly affordable but they need better music
