  Five stars are only for the beautiful manager and the lovely girl who checked us out this evening. The rest of the staff, well they suck. We had other customers ask if we worked there because no one who worked there actually helped or even spoke to us. The manager however, she did, eloquently spoken and doing ten things at once. Girl needs a raise.

  Dear American Eagle Team, I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your associates, Rebecca, for the exceptional service she provided during my recent visit on August 30, 2025 with my daughter, step-daughter, and her mom! She was absolutely amazing! Rebecca was incredibly attentive, positive, and friendly throughout our shopping experience. She went above and beyond to ensure that we found what we were looking for and made the entire visit enjoyable. She also took the time to let us know about all of the amazing sales, explained your price-matching policy, and even shared that this location is now an outlet — which was so helpful! When our ridiculously long receipt printed she wrote the amount on the back and asked us to take a picture with the receipt and our bags in front of the store. It was a sweet moment to acknowledge our purchases! It’s rare to come across someone with such genuine enthusiasm and care for customers, and she truly stood out. Because of Rebecca’s outstanding service, we left not only with great items but also with a wonderful impression of the brand. I believe it’s important to highlight employees like Rebecca who represent the American Eagle brand so well. Please pass along my appreciation for her dedication, positivity, and customer-first approach. She made us feel valued as customers, and we’ll definitely be returning because of the experience she created.
