  Riana and Tosha were so amazing they helped us out a lot and also help us pick out sizes for our baby because we didn’t know how the overalls run they were so respectful and kind Iam extremely grateful for their kindness

  Great selection, super friendly staff, and top notch customer service. Morgan was awesome and went above and beyond to help us while we were there.

  I came into the store with my boyfriend and we had one outfit in my a store associate by the name of Morgan helped us with sizes that was not on the floor multiple times great customer service experience ever, even though they had our size that we were looking for we looked at other outfits instead of the one that we had in mine she gave us good Conversations she always said thank you and you’re welcome if we needed anything else just give her a ring We changed the size is 3 to 4 times and she was always by our side to help us We initially changed the outfit and got a different color And style thanks to Morgan When customers come in, they like for a store associates to go above and beyond she went above and beyond and I really appreciate that. Please give her a shout out because that’s what customer service is on about merry Christmas.

  I received horrible customer service today at this store. I went in to exchange a shirt that had a hole in it. I bought it on 10/2 but threw away the receipt and tags which I get is my bad. The girl who was helping me said she couldn’t take it back without a receipt or tags so I asked if she could look up my purchase by the card I used. She said flat out no that they don’t reprint receipts. I showed her on my carhartt rewards that it was bought from this store but still wouldn’t help me. I called customer service and talked to a guy who was able to pull up my account and verify I was there on 10/2 and paid $31.76 but couldn’t see a receipt however he has never heard of a store not being able to reprint a receipt. Went back into the store with the customer service guy still on the phone to talk to the manager. He said that he looked at the price history and this shirt never sold for that amount and without a receipt he couldn’t help me. What?! You literally have new shirts with the $29.99 price tag on them! I was so appalled by the customer service and unwillingness to help me just exchange a shirt that I walked out. I will NEVER return to this store. Every person I talked to today was so unhelpful

  Carhartt has always been the place I purchase my work and casual wear clothing. Those purchases are ordered online as my size is not usually available in store. For the first time I received two pair of jeans that the cut was not right. I made the trip to our local store for a refund. Well due to an error on my part, for not bringing the email paperwork, a simple process turned into a much longer one. Well the process was handled by a most capable, likable and patient person - her name is Morgan. Electronics and I sometimes don't mix. Add an email change into the mix and you can imagine. Long story short, after 30 minutes, Morgan had my refund processed and my wife and I were happily shopping again. Thank you Carhartt for hiring people that truly reflect your top notch products. .
