My mom was the one helping and asking if I needed anything, again 0 willingness to help us from the two girls working. Instead they were playing on their phone the entire time and extremely disrespectful. Due to the disrespect and ignorance we chose to take our business elsewhere.

Yesterday my daughter and I went in and we had a great experience. The girls were so helpful and attentive to my daughter and we found a great outfit for her! Much to my disappointment I found the staff in Eau Claire less than friendly. Today’s experience was the worst. I would suggest better customer service training, especially for leads.
