He even let me know about a discount I hadn’t been aware of, which was much appreciated. Because of his great service, we’ll definitely be shopping here more often!
- SDshelbylynn drakeOct 29, 20255.0Jackson was amazing! I recently had ACL surgery and was in the area just browsing. I found some items but not in my size. So I asked Jackson if they had it in my size thinking they might have it in the back. When I saw not only did this guy go the extra mile in finding my size at his offsite location, despite it being almost closing time. He was able to get it shipped to me, which was a HUGE help due to my surgery. He followed up like he promised when he got my jacket to the store. Processed everything so quickly, and explained the return process if there was any issues once I received it. Yall need to give this man a promotion or raise! This was my first time at this store, and because of Jackson's care and helpfulness, carhartt gained a returning customer. This was the first store we visited that day and the last. And because I was given such an amazing experience no other store could get me to spend my money because they didnt even come close to impressing me like Jackson did.

It is an Outlet store, so set your expectations accordingly (unlike some other reviewers!) - they’re never going to have the widest selection of stuff, or consistent product line. I hope it hangs around.
