  I stopped by looking for a purse for my wife to get a jumpstart on Christmas, and Daniella was absolutely amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find the right one. I ended up choosing a beautiful black satchel bag the perfect size so my wife wouldn’t feel awkwardly big when she wore it. She works so hard and truly deserves something special, and thanks to Daniella’s help, I found just that. Outstanding customer service and genuine care thank you for making the shopping experience so smooth and enjoyable.

  Bought my first MK bag, had to had have it from the moment I saw it. They cooked up some heat with the f/w collection it’s fire!! Shout out to the sweet and professional Norma for assisting in whole the process. Go shop her at Southcenter! 💓

  She is really an unfair woman. When you guys buy things, please make sure everything don’t go this store ever I bought as a gift, like the dress, did not fit or not her size.After the next day, I wanted to return it, but she said no; you can take another dress, but you can’t get my money back. This didn’t work out. I had everything and I believe good condition but she was rude. I wanted to call the police, but my wife doesn’t want to do that. We left the store, and I don’t recommend this store at all."

  Worse experience I had ever. Rude salesperson and they don't care about the customer. The important thing is to sell you the stuff you wanna it. If you don't like it and want to return it back, they will not accept the return . They will tell you to go and read the policy. I am a Coach customer and I used to buy all I need from them. I had my plenty of bags and sunglasses and boots from Coach .I love them and like the quality, but rhis time I decided to try the Michael kors handbags. I was looking for a little black bag and I found one in the store but ,it wasn't the perfect one for me .I decided to try it and keep it . Then I saw on their website a different one and I went to exchange it ,I added more money to get the other one .Unfortunately the second bag wasn't made of good leather .I liked the style but I didn't like the leather . So I went back to the store to return it. They just refused and said it is the policy that no return on clearance. We read the whole page and we didn't find the policy return of sale item . One of the salesperson said it was on clearance and we don't return them . But the bag wasn't on final clearance. It was on sale .We spent half an hour talking with them ,she called the manager and the same thing . The manager told her the same thing . They refused to return the bag and I didn't like it. I wanted my money back to get a really good bag . This was the first time that I got something from Michael kors and it wasn't a good switch. I just kept the old bag because the leather was better than the saffiano one . I wasn't satisfied with it as with the whole experience. The girls aren't nice they were so mean especially the manager. She acts like that she is the manager of a famous engineering company ,while she is just a salesperson.
