  Terrible and unfair customer service Had a very disappointing experience at the Michael Kors Tukwila (Southcenter) location. We attempted to return an unused and literally untouched handbag with tags, original receipt, gift receipt, and original payment card, fully within policy and purchased just the week before. The item was in the exact same condition it was purchased. The sales associate Jessica refused the return for an unreasonable reason (“plastic removed”? as if you literally cannot look at or inspect the bag without removing it?), then proceeded to remove and discard original packaging and one of our receipts, which upon realizing we had to ask other staff to retrieve from the trash in the back of the store... Communication was dismissive, especially toward my mother, whose first language is not English. After reading other reviews for this location, it appears this is not an isolated incident and that similar complaints (at least 10, including some that mention the same sales associate...) go back several years... I would not recommend this location.

  I stopped by looking for a purse for my wife to get a jumpstart on Christmas, and Daniella was absolutely amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find the right one. I ended up choosing a beautiful black satchel bag the perfect size so my wife wouldn’t feel awkwardly big when she wore it. She works so hard and truly deserves something special, and thanks to Daniella’s help, I found just that. Outstanding customer service and genuine care thank you for making the shopping experience so smooth and enjoyable.

  Bought my first MK bag, had to had have it from the moment I saw it. They cooked up some heat with the f/w collection it’s fire!! Shout out to the sweet and professional Norma for assisting in whole the process. Go shop her at Southcenter! 💓

  She is really an unfair woman. When you guys buy things, please make sure everything don’t go this store ever I bought as a gift, like the dress, did not fit or not her size.After the next day, I wanted to return it, but she said no; you can take another dress, but you can’t get my money back. This didn’t work out. I had everything and I believe good condition but she was rude. I wanted to call the police, but my wife doesn’t want to do that. We left the store, and I don’t recommend this store at all."
