  I have never encountered such an unprofessional salesperson as I did my last visit to the Tacoma store. I have been going there for years and instead of kindness and courtesy was met with attitude and meanness. My ticket says Charity was the salesperson, late 40's with auburn red hair. It started with her offering to start a room for me, taking the selections I had while I looked for a few more things. Great start, right, she left one item on the door and locked the rest inside. OK, while I stood there and waited for her to check out a customer still okay, finished with her customer and ignored me. I went to the counter and a second salesperson kindly helped me as Charity was busy with empty hangers. I was told that I could only take 6 items into the room, fine, the rest were hung outside the door. I tried on the first set, then pulled in the second set and put the first back out to hung on the outside of the door. Not once was I asked if I needed help. I believe I was the only customer. As I went out to try and fine tune my selection, still no help just a question, are you done with those on the door so she can put them away. Finally go to check out and was met with such attitude. I asked if they were closing soon, the response was aggressive and said no we are just doing their job. She was looking to fight, unbelievable. My husband asked to use the bathroom, which the second salesperson kindly helped him with. While I waited I was looking at some scrub pants at the front, I placed a pair of pants back on the rack and Charity came swooping in saying you are just trying to make more work for me aren't you. I just looked at one pair of pants. I asked her how I the world did I offend her to deserve such behavior. She proceeded to tell me I threw a temper tantrum in the dressing room changing out selections, really? She accused me of being aggressive, I was not the aggressor that day. She was rude and gave the worst customer service I have ever experienced. What a disappointment. As I left I told her that I really hope her day gets better. I think her life must be terrible to be so mean, she needs to find a new job away from consumers.

  I so like the quality of the scrubs in here very comfy to wear the fabric and the material is really good. I will be back for more purchase

  Horrible customer service & extremely rude when I was trying to return scrubs I bought less than a week ago & claimed she won’t return them because there was “makeup” on it, I tried them on at home & probably got a little on it & didn’t notice until I got to the store but either way the way she handled it was extremely unprofessional & didn’t even look at the receipt, first thing she says is “NOPE, I won’t return them” I believe she was an old lady late 40’s or 50’s reddish hair. Never ever coming back to this store, save your money. Also the day I originally bought them I saw her being rude to a coworker. I think she’s the manager but she is a horrible manager. Very unfortunate & upsetting. They need people who are willing to help or at least be friendly

  On 9/3/25 afternoon, I went to the Tacoma store to buy some scrubs like I always do and when I walked in, there was an associate who was putting clothes back to the hangers and while I was shopping, I couldn’t get a size tall in koi line and went to her and asked her if I could get a large in that and she rudely and sheepishly answered I don’t know the sizes of all scrubs in the store. I answered her back that I wasn’t asking about other lines in the store, I wanted that specific one and her silly response while yelling to me ‘ I will not take a lecture from you about my work’. That employee is a disgrace to Scrubs and beyond and should not be working there. There was one other lady shopping too and she too seemed taken off by the associate’s response. I told my friends about it and will keep telling all my work colleagues to spare their precious time and money and not to go take their money where it’s respected. I walked out of there never to be back there.. we will take our money where there is dignity and respect

  They have so much selection it boggles. I ordered online 8/20 and my order was finally delivered 9/12.
