The only issue I have is I think instead of having like 2 days of 30% or 50% off items they should extend it to 3 days makes it more fare to customers. Other than that keep up the hard work.

- JPJosephine PeckOct 7, 20251.0I am very disappointed with this Goodwill store! My husband unknowingly gave items donated by his mother to the Goodwill store. After taking it to the store, his mother asked him if he had removed her musical clock which she packed between clothes for protection. Upon realizing that he had not removed the clock, he immediately went back aaand asked for the clock. He was told that they would look for it and call him. He was also asked to fill out a form explaining what the clock looked like. Unfortunately, it has been a month and they did not call us to advise us either way. We can only presume that someone working in contributions may have taken it. We understand that if we waited till the next day or even longer, that it could have been lost in a pile of other donations. However, he went back immediately to retrieve the clock but to no avail. It is very disappointing that management did not have a policy in place to try to retrieve items given accidently or in error when they are immediately notified.
