came here today and had the worst experience i’ve ever had in an establishment. this is actually my first review ever! the supposed “manager” anne/anna was extremely rude and accused me of having over 6 items in the dressing room and made me extremely uncomfortable talking about my undergarments. i told and showed her i only had 6 items in there, which she had no response to. when i came out of the dressing room i said, “i don’t like to be accused, it makes me not want to shop here again” to which she says, “i take my job very seriously.” i walk away and continue shopping. debating whether i should support this establishment and buy my clothes or not. eventually i walk to the register to check out and ask the cashier if there’s a manager in. i tell her about the situation. the sweet cashier apologizes on her behalf. (ann/anna) never apologized and stood her ground when i told her being accused like that made me uncomfortable. i then see anne/anna and say to the cashier “well thank you for being nice unlike someone else” ann/anna then comes over and says “i’m the manager i can act how i want.” i was taken aback that a manager would act like that. i asked who her boss was and she just said the church. she then tells me i’m banned for 6 months from the store. why? because i called you out for your accusations. it’s not like i planned on coming back anyways. would not recommend this place. 0/10

Experienced walking from Fred Meyer to the bus stop encounter 3 to 4 people swinging and pulling on each other. Didn’t know if it was a good response for me to keep moving forward or back away, so I kept approaching on the walk path there to the thrift store. I’m just putting this out there because it’s not worth losing your life over couple T-shirts.

I haven't read a lot of the reviews, but the reason I love this place is because they actually give vouchers to people in need. They can shop and get things that they otherwise wouldn't be able to. I donate to them frequently. I have a car-load right now of things my coworkers have donated. It's starting to be a thing. This is my second trip this week!!! 💙 Bravo, Deseret 💙

LACKING ACCESSIBILITY. There is one wheelchair accessible fitting room total and the only accessible feature is the space which barely fit my electric wheelchair (Pride Go Chair Med). The clothes hook inside is way too high and there are no grab bars, not that I would try to transfer to the fitting room bench anyways, it’s too tight in there. There are also only two disabled parking spots. Aside from that the store is nice, the staff are lovely, everything is clean, and I found some cute clothes. Would recommend for non-disabled people but if you’re a wheelchair/mobility aid user good luck.

Love this place but the staff are VERY 'clique' orientated. If you don't fit their preppy/snobby/boujie profile one of them will fallow you around practically close enough to smell what you ate for YESTERDAYS breakfast. Other than that the clothing has INCREDIBLE style and pricing. The prices WERE spectacular, but recently I noticed them going up about the same time I started telling people about this wonderful little secret gem. C'est La vie to my mild monitry secret I suppose. Oh... And one more thing.... By far the SCARIEST experience happened to me in the front of this place while waiting for the bus to go home.bAnd if you know anything about me, I've seen some pretty insane things. So for ME to say it's by far the scariest.... That MEANS something. I'm going to try to post the video here but if I can't check out either my tik-tok or YouTube. I'll have it there titled "The real life IT children trapped in the sewers under Deseret Industries" And I SWEAR on my own soul and ALL that I love, nothing is added or edited. UlIt was an utterly terrifying experience.
