- KMKathleen MaeSep 21, 20251.0I purchased some shoes online and with another item had free shipping to home. I went to the store to exchange sizes for the shoes. The cashier said they can’t exchange, can refund the item, but can’t order the size up that I needed. This is the first store I’ve ever gone to where I couldn’t place an order in store. The other option is paying for shipping to either pick up in store or have it delivered.

The styles aren't bad but there's no selection for men besides business casual or casual the reason why I say it's awful is because of the employees!!!!!!!! They look tired all the time and unhappy! When me or my wife returns items they take way too long when i talk to the employees they look and sound like their being held hostage whoever is running this place needs to be talked to other acquaintances of mine have stopped coming here for the constant push of cards and because of employee treatment this business needs to be shut down
