  I just left the Bellevue Nordstrom a few minutes ago because the salesperson that helped me was rude, insensitive and unhelpful. I walked in to the men's suit section. I made eye contact with a woman sales associate. I walked towards her, was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. She just stared at me. As I got close, I asked her if they have anything in a size 56 and she asked me "In men's?". We were in the men's suit section... I'm a bigger guy and I'm aware that most retail stores only carry up to 48 or 50, maybe a 52, but I was in the area, so I thought I'd ask. But the question, "In men's?" Really threw me. I looked at her with a blank stare and finally responded, "yes, it's for me". She then said they "carry up to size 48". I replied that I just saw a size 50 on the rack, and she replied "why do you need that, that's really big". I replied replied back that I need a size 56. She said that she'd go in the back to check. She later came out and brought me something in a size 52. She said that she thinks she has something in a size 54 and she would bring it to me. I tried on the 52 and it was about 3 or 4 inches too small around the waist. I waited around for a good while and she never returned with the 54. I saw her helping other people, so I just left. I'm fully aware that not every store carries my size, but I didn't need the fat shaming. A simple "I'm sorry, we only carry up to size 52" would not have hurt my feelings.

  I want to give Oxana T. A huge shoutout in the beauty department for Shiseido. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to really help me find what worked best for me. Her warmth, patience, and professionalism made the whole experience very special and personal to me. Customer service like this is rare — Oxana truly went above and beyond.   I'm very grateful to Oksana for the pleasant conversation. I needed to buy perfume for my grandson, but I wasn't sure which one to choose. But Oksana not only helped me choose, but also got me interested in other products. Attentive and knowledgeable, Oksana also selected a perfume for me. She's an excellent professional. I'm so glad Nordstrom has such experts.

  I have been a card carrying member for 20 years and a loyal shopper. However, the quality of women's clothes has definitely changed and not for the better. Sad.
