Extremely disappointing experience. I walked into this Nordstrom and was completely ignored—no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, and the way I was treated felt racially biased. This wasn’t just bad service; it was uncomfortable and unacceptable. For a store that prides itself on customer experience, this was embarrassing. Management seriously needs to address the lack of respect and the apparent discrimination happening in this location.

I stopped by the kids' department to exchange a christmas gift for a larger size, and Maggie at the register was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to search the system and even went to the back to check the inventory for us. I can’t thank her enough for saving us the hassle of being stuck with an outfit that was already too small. It was easily the best customer service experience!

Good afternoon, I never write a review, but today I went to the Bellevue store and bought a Le Labo perfume. The person who helped me asked for samples of other fragrances from the same brand, and she refused to give them to me. She rudely told me they didn't have any and I feel discriminated against because other employees were giving perfume samples to their customers., even though they prepare samples for everyone. I went to buy that perfume today because last week I bought six perfumes and paid a considerable amount, and they gave me a sample of the perfume I bought today. Luckily, I saw the saleswoman from last week, and she said, "I remember you." I told her what happened, and she just shook her head and apologized. She gladly gave me the sample. If anyone from Nordstrom Bellevue contacts me, I can give them the names of the employees, both the good one and the bad one.

On December 20th 2025, at 1230pm, on the 2nd floor, near the brunello cucinelli area, I had a very poor, uncomfortable interaction with a slender, older, ear lengthed black haired woman. This experience adversely impacted the remainder of my shopping experience and left no desire to shop here. I asked if MaxMara was available. No. Downtown Seattle only. I followed up with the following information "I am looking for a black wool wrap coat within a price range of $2500". The response was "I have brunello cucinelli wool coats but they cost $8000+" I reiterated what I was looking for, the associate brought me a light gray Stella McCarthy coat, and a miscellaneous oversized double brested structured navy wool coat. Her selections had no correlation with my requests. I told her the Stella had a nice shape but is a bit long, she responded "That can be altered". I stated the color can not be. She walked away, ending the interaction saying "Whatever". This was her closing statement. I was in complete disbelief at the lack of service and professionalism. Her gall and arrogance made for a memorable experience. I am very aware of my consumer wants and I express them clearly. I am not a SWAN customer. You can not Sell Whats Available Now with me and throw a tantrum exclaiming "Whatever" when I decline. I have no business giving this woman or Nordstrom my business when I can order exactly what I am looking for directly from the Designer. Humbly, let me put this into perspective. An associate who works approximately 350 hours to afford a brunello wool coat turning their nose up at you and belittling you for declining that item. Whatever 🫠

Okay! Here's why I'm rating Nordstrom's 1 star I would actually rate it no stars but don't have that option so I visited on Saturday dec. 13, 2025 I went to the active wear section & had a sales floor person Russian speaking or so by the name of Natalia and wow let me tell you she kept following me around the store. when I asked her for a fitting room to try on stuff she kept coming at least several times with less than a minute asking me everything okay in there omg ! I got to the point where I felt discriminated and felt like they thought I was going to shoplift or steal something. while I was in the fitting room., mind u that it's the holidays busy season & of course shoplifters are busy right so anyway, I never bought anything but after all that unwanted bombarding and not letting me feel free to shop was unpleasant experience. They lost my business and to the Nordstrom family owner you need to go thru what Starbucks went thru about racial profiling before you get a lawsuit okay . Please trained your employees to do better customer service of pleasing satisfying customers shopping experince not scarring them away. Not good for your business
