I walked into Nordstrom in a complete frantic, trying to find a cute dress for a last minute date. Gabe was so patient with me from the moment I arrived. I am extremely picky, and I’m not exaggerating when I say I tried on about 30 dresses. He never rushed me, never made me feel like a burden, and genuinely seemed committed to helping me find something perfect. Gabe is incredibly knowledgeable about today’s fashion trends. At one point, he even mentioned how dark jeans pair beautifully with a black top. I didn’t believe him at first, but then he brought me the Palazzo Frame jeans and that gorgeous Cynthia satin blazer by Veronica Beard. My jaw dropped when I tried the outfit on. I felt like a million dollars. His patience, attention to detail, styling talent, and warm personality made my entire shopping experience unforgettable. Honestly, he would make an amazing personal stylist. This is the kind of customer service that reminds me why I love Nordstrom so much, and I couldn’t let it go unrecognized. Thank you for having employees like Gabe. He truly made my day.

It happens to every order that OnTrac marked us as "closed" when they NEVER even came! Horrible delivery experience every time! Nordstrom needs to consider working with another delivery service, or your business will be impacted for a long term.
