We are a custom jeweler that can design you ring, remake or redesign an inherited piece of jewelry, acquire replacement stones or diamonds, set your loose stones or diamonds and repair most gold platinum and some silver jewelry. We have 3+ Goldsmiths on the premises and 99% of all of our work is done here. There is over 70 years of combined experience with the 3+ goldsmiths that work here. Our staff is our family and our aim to to make our clients happy and judging by the reviews, we do this well.

I went to many places, big chains like kay and Jared, among other local places like Goodman. Everybody wanted me to do a credit check or give them all my information and Simply Unique only wanted me to find the right ring. I never once felt pressured here, and thats why I came back. The crew here was extremely helpful in not only helping design a ring that will blow my wife away, but they did it way cheaper and way faster than any of the other stores could have ever hoped!!! Im so grateful I found Simply Unique! I cannot recommend these good people enough!

Brought them in and they fixed it for no charge even though it has been so many years. The rings had "torn" instead of coming apart at the seam and they put everything back together so nicely. I had also bent the rings out of shape a few years ago and they reshaped them for no charge as well. You won't find better service anywhere.

It looked completely new, I could not believe my eyes. What’s more, they didn’t charge me a dime! This is the kind of business that makes up the fabric of a community. These people actually care about their customers. And the skill! This is the only jewelry store you need in Hampton roads, a master’s skill with incredible customer service!
