Greeting someone is the bare minimum... One guy was really helpful but everyone else was rude for no reason. Apparently using the fitting room is alot to ask for cause they rolled their eyes at me... like god forbid I make sure my clothes fit... how dare I bother you folding a shirt on a slow Wednesday afternoon. Lol I walked up to check out and this hispanic dude just looks at me and says "Im not open" and just stared at me. "Sorry this lane is closed but they can help you over there" wouldve sufficed. I hope you read this. There's a reason you still work in retail buddy. Lmfao.

Naturally, I asked for two shopping bags—one for each gift—but the store associate refused to give me a second bag. Even after I explained the situation, she still declined. I found this extremely frustrating and unreasonable. For a premium brand like Polo, I expected better customer service. It’s disappointing when such a simple and reasonable request is denied!!!!! I genuinely hope the money they saved by not giving me an extra bag helps boost their income LOL!🤌🏻
