I had the proof of purchase and an unworn item; I saw the receipt pull up on her screen with pictures of the item, and she pretended not to be able to find it, just being difficult switching registers back and fort and giving smart comments. Overall Nordstrom Rack’s customer service has gone downhill everywhere.

My daughters and I decided to do some shopping therapy, and after spending $500 in your store, we were followed throughout the entire store by two men. This was completely unnecessary and made my daughters feel unsafe. I want to be very clear: the culture in your store has become inappropriately aggressive. Customers choose to shop at Nordstrom — it is not a privilege you grant us. The way we were treated was disrespectful and unacceptable. I will be making sure that everyone I know is aware of how Nordstrom treats its customers. I’ve already reached out to friends to spread the word, and next time I will be recording your loss prevention team’s behavior. And don't offer an apology. There's othere reviews that echo your culture. This is your culture to target certain people who you think might be guilty. Keep up the fantastic work!
- RRRJDec 30, 20255.0My shopping experience started off fine, but it quickly became uncomfortable and inappropriate. While I was in the store with my two young daughters, several men dressed in all black began following us around. I understand that stores deal with theft, but the way they targeted and watched us was unacceptable. One of the men stood at the front door and stared at my daughters and me as we tried to leave. It made my children feel unsafe, and the situation became so uncomfortable that I had to tell him directly to stop. This type of behavior is extremely concerning, especially with little girls present. (I will post their pictures next time). I spent $500 and I will be returning all of my items.... I want to be clear: this is dangerous, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. If this happens again, I will be recording live for my own safety and documentation. I’m asking that this issue be addressed immediately to ensure no other family has to experience this. *The 5 stars are for the cashiers who are always nice and pleasant *
