It was clear she was trying to catch me stealing. How do I know? She was fake sorting and acting like she was putting things away but always watching me. She didn't realize I was watching her too. Not once when she was in my proximity was she "restocking" did she actually put anything away. She just kept her eye on me. It wasn't until I said out loud while on the phone that I knew she was following me that she jumped and immediately to another department and hid from me. They look at you as if you've robbed a truck in a back alley to return a stolen dress for $27 in order to get store credit to spend in their store. I've been a Nordstrom Rack shopper for decades. Not anymore. Customer service is dead in this store.

Although, you dont get perks with nordstroms rack.unless you are a catfish holder. Which is bogus and totally not cool. I'm a frequent spender and feel that I should be able to use my noisy points here. Also, there's no price adjustments for items that you just brought that go on sale within the next week. Their rules state you have to return the item, they have to restock it and then you can purchase it again. So lame and so inconvenient, like what gives man. But when you bargain shop lole me, you do what you gotta do to get the sale. Besides that, it's a great location and good selection. For petite women and average size women, they have plenty options for you. For my plus size women, we can find things here and there, hit or miss.
