- NFNawal FOct 31, 20251.0I stopped by the Aerie at Potomac Mills today and was really disappointed with the customer service. When my friend and I walked in, not a single person greeted us or even acknowledged we were there. Instead, one of the associates wearing an all brown sweatshirt with leggings and black boots gave us a dirty look like we were bothering her just by walking in. It completely ruined the shopping vibe. I usually love Aerie for how welcoming and friendly the stores are, but this location was the opposite. Definitely not coming back to this one.
- ONOne NonlyAug 10, 20255.0I want to start by saying how prices were so affordable, unfortunately I wasn’t able to find lot of sizes but the manager on duty Sami explained to us that it’s clearance store she even went back and forth to check the backroom She was very professional and went above and beyond offering a shopping bag and helping us find different styles for my self and helped my sister as well finding her the right bra . Thank you and will be coming back to shop more !

She straight up, lied to my face when I tried to make returns saying that American Eagle items cannot be returned at Aerie. She made me go to the other end of the mall, almost a half a mile away to make my returns that is when I was informed by the American Eagle employees that returns can be made at either store. I was furious. I wasted 30 minutes of my time and I was lied to. I love shopping at American Eagle and Aerie However, maybe I’ll only shop online from now on. Samia Should not be a manager she’s very rude Of the company. I would give zero stars to her if I could. I do wanna shout out the other employees they were all very sweet and the only reason I might come back to the store.

You really don’t see that much nowadays, and it honestly means a lot. She’s always so kind and patient, and I truly appreciate how she always goes out of her way to help!
