  I ordered delivery for 11/3 for a fruit arrangement and cupcakes. The cupcakes did not come with the delivery. I called and left messages with this location, have submitted a note through the website twice, and nobody has reached out to fix this. It’s been 15 days. This is unacceptable. Those cupcakes were $19.99 + tax, delivery, and tip and nobody will call me back??

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nikki and Gloria. They have been so extremely kind, helpful, and gone above and beyond to help me with orders over the last several years. From delivery during hours requested, despite that time frame being exceptionally busy, to taking the time to send me pictures of balloons to select for arrangements and even finished products assembled before and after delivery. Nikki and Gloria are so caring about quality customer service. They are definitely my go to for birthdays and anniversaries above any other local shops!!!

  So carol playing games. My mom’s bday was yesterday waited all day for her edible to arrive and nothing . 3:30 get an email saying we got the edible and nothing came. Checked our. Cameras and nothing . Called the store and they say the driver dropped it off at the wrong house and it’s been sitting outside someone else’s house the stupid driver took a picture at someone else’s house and never delivered the edible . Carol the manager hasn’t called or seem to realize they messed up an occasion . I called the store again and oh guess what I got an email with the package at the wrong door. It’s cool I made a claim with my bank . Carol is incompetent as her workers Don’t Use them don’t waste your time !! This location needs to be Closed.

  Absolutely incompetent ignorant drivers who can’t read ….. Paid 75$ for a birthday gift for my mom . Which is today lol guess who never got her edible … my mom . The idiot literally put the fruit on someone else’s door step . Took a picture sent it like my mom got it .. I call the store nice young man answers he tells me he got a picture around the time I got an email it was delivered at 3:30 .I tell him how my mom has ring cameras. All around her house and that nobody came lol I also add the driver didn’t pay attention to the one main detail that IS IN THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION :: READ AND FOLLOW THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS THAT THEY ASK FOR WHEN ORDERING. I instructed them to hand it to my mom at that Lil buddy called the owner for her response to be she is going to call me tomorrow. Carol .. the manager you dropped the ball. This is the type of customer service you provide as if my money or occasion isn’t important.. you all need to do better.

  Just like many others, I made the mistake of not reading reviews before ordering from this store. I strongly suggest staying away from this location but if you must order, DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR 1 HOUR DELIVERY. They advertise certain items that are eligible for 1 hour delivery. They allow you to add such item to your cart, apply the one hour delivery fee, and successfully process the order. It’s quite the extra charge, and the confirmation email specifically said “your order is guaranteed to arrive one hour after your confirmation email.” I don’t think nearly 5 hours is the same as 1, but okay. I called after two hours and was like what’s going on. They had the nerve to tell me they can’t guarantee one hour delivery??? That it’s franchise based??? They should NOT advertise this service on the website not allow you to select that option at checkout just for them to then turn around and say they don’t actually do it. I’m going to try to get a refund but, based on the reviews, I am not hopeful. 0/10, will never return. Avoid this business if you can - what a blatant scam. My confirmation email showing the additional charge and one hour guarantee is attached.
