  The worst VCA experience ever! The Korean SA Young Kim, was not only unhelpful but also came across as dismissive and rude. Rather than showing any interest or professionalism, she acted as though I was inconveniencing her and made it clear she wanted to end the conversation as quickly as possible. Later as I read through the Google reviews, so many one-star reviews mentioned the similar disrespectful experience with this SA. At the end of the day, when I purchase luxury pieces, I do so only to please myself — not to impress or seek approval from any sales associate I will likely never see again. With that in mind, this boutique utterly failed to deliver an experience that matches the price of the pieces it sells. I would not recommend this boutique to anyone.

  The service at this location is literally the worst luxury experience I’ve ever had. Even with appointments, the wait is extremely long (with an empty store as well). I purchased several pieces from the NYC flagship location only for one piece to break within 60 days of ownership. Apparently the “warranty” for thousands worth of jewelry is only 30 days. Compared to Cartier, Rolex, Tiffany’s, I would not shop here again.

  I won't name names, but the Asian SA definitely should not be selling at VCA. We left feeling as if she actively tried not to be helpful. We felt almost as if we were inconveniencing her as we tried on bracelets. She was so cold and impersonable - she basically shooed us out the door. We were considering making the bracelet purchase but her demeanor was so bad, we were going to order online. I see the same kind of feedback and the same response from mgmt. "Oh we take you seriously". But do you? Do you actually? You clearly don't seem to be changing the way your SA acts. What a great brand tainted by SAs.

  It was my first time visiting this location and I had a very nice experience. Sam, who was the SA that assisted me, was so patient and accommodating. I do want to point out that I made an appointment ahead of time. But the fact that I was late for my appointment, he didn't make me feel rushed and definitely not pressured to buy. The best part, all the pieces that I wanted to see are all available. This will not be my only visit for sure.
