  I had a truly exceptional experience at Van Cleef & Arpels, all thanks to Brandon D. After the holidays, the specific dream piece my wife had been looking for was out of stock, but Brandon went above and beyond to track it down. He stayed in constant contact, providing regular updates via text, and notified us the second it arrived. The actual purchase experience was world-class. Brandon treated us to champagne and Van Cleef’s signature chocolates, making the moment feel incredibly special. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are unmatched. If you are looking for a seamless, luxury experience, I cannot recommend Brandon highly enough. Ask for him you won't be disappointed!

  Never AGAIN! I bought a bracket and it didn’t fit. I took the bracket back to be sized and they said it needed to be sent away. Cool no worries please call me when it’s ready. I received a text and a email about three weeks later saying the bracket was ready for pick up. I stated to the sales rep that I would be in over the weekend and she said no worries. When I arrived on Sunday at 1pm the store was closed I called the number on the door because I can see a plenty of people in the store. A rude sales associate answers and tell me we are closed and I couldn’t pick up the bracket. I explained to him that I lived 90 mins away and that it would be a huge inconvenience if I had to come back. Never the less he didn’t care and got rude and told me it was nothing he could do and I would have to come another day. Buyers be mindful of the customer service after they have your money!!

  Absolute worst customer service. I still went through with the purchase because of limited availability but at this price point, I expected much more.
