Never AGAIN! I bought a bracket and it didn’t fit. I took the bracket back to be sized and they said it needed to be sent away. Cool no worries please call me when it’s ready. I received a text and a email about three weeks later saying the bracket was ready for pick up. I stated to the sales rep that I would be in over the weekend and she said no worries. When I arrived on Sunday at 1pm the store was closed I called the number on the door because I can see a plenty of people in the store. A rude sales associate answers and tell me we are closed and I couldn’t pick up the bracket. I explained to him that I lived 90 mins away and that it would be a huge inconvenience if I had to come back. Never the less he didn’t care and got rude and told me it was nothing he could do and I would have to come another day. Buyers be mindful of the customer service after they have your money!!

Absolute worst customer service. I still went through with the purchase because of limited availability but at this price point, I expected much more.

My wife had wanted one of their necklaces for 5 years and decided to take her for her birthday. I had honestly never heard of the brand before, so when I did some research I was nervous about all of the 1 star reviews which seemed to all be centered on poor customer service from the sales associates (SA) and complaints about appointments. I wanted my wife to have a positive experience given how long she had been wanting this necklace and I wasn't disappointed. It was very simple to schedule an appointment (scheduled about 2 weeks out as we knew we would be traveling near there at that time), our SA messaged us about 1 hour prior to our appointment as reminder/confirmation, and we had not issues when we showed up for our appointment. Staff were pleasant and greeted us. Offered us tea, coffee, champagne, or water and gave us some chocolates. Our SA, Dora, was attentive and helpful with all of my wife's requests and questions. Our experience was very positive so wanted to leave a review for those that might have similar concerns to what I had. The only thing I would say is the person working security may come across cold to some, but I attribute that to their role. Opened the door for us, but don't expect a smile or verbal greeting from them.

I walked into the boutique with my husband and two kids, looking for a bracelet. They put us on waitlist and we came back after 20 mins wait. The saleswoman (a young Asian woman) didn’t come out until 2 mins later with cold interaction, didn’t direct us where to sit. I narrowed down two bracelets and trying to decide which one to buy. The saleswoman told me her 3pm appointment is here and we either buy now or can come back. Then she was waiting for us to leave… this is ridiculous experience.. I wanted to get a bracelet I like, with expecting nice service when going into store. This lady didn’t want to do this business with me at the first place or she is just not professional. I wanted to buy, but I was told to leave after 10 mins being there. At the beginning, no one told me that I needed to leave if don’t buy a thing within 10 mins… either the saleswoman is not well trained or the store policy is not respectful to its customer at all. Not recommended.

I see a lot of negative reviews about this store, but they are completely unfair. I made an appointment, and when I arrived I was welcomed in and greeted warmly by all the staff. My sales associate, Alex Lee, was particularly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and making sure my buying experience was seamless and pleasant.
