  Extremely bad service i can’t even describe it the black female worker at the front was overwhelmed by very few people and looked like she was in distress the whole time she was busy treating people that weren’t buying anything with free samples while i was waiting for 30 minutes i’ve seen a family get treated before me absolutely disgusting service

  Very happy with my shopping experience and purchases. When I walked in I was asked if I wanted to be put on the list to speak with a client advisor, despite it being a little busy I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes to work with one. If you want to look at bags and make a purchase make sure you do this or schedule an appointment ahead of time. They have additional bags not on display if you don’t see what you are looking for initially. Armaghan was very helpful in helping me pick out my new everyday bag. I would go back to this location for future purchases.

  If you are shopping for a Louis Vuitton anything choose another location. I visited the store today. Both “managers” Tanya and Rachel stood outside the store chatting as if they were catching up on life. I walk in walk from front to back and not one associate greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. Actually they looked as though they hope I didn’t and stood at bay. As I exited the store both “managers” Tanya and Rachel wished me a good day. I’m sure sales associates and managers are trained on customer service when hired. The entire staff, managers included, need a refresher course. Chatting outside the store and not greeting customers properly I’m sure wasn’t part of training. Let’s get back to the basics. “Hello how are you? How can I assist you today?” The entire store needs to start on page 1 of the Training Manual.

  I recently visited this location and while the service itself was polite, my overall experience was a bit disappointing. In the past, LV used to offer guests sealed water bottles, which always felt premium, hygienic, and thoughtful. On this visit, however, I was served water in a glass. While I appreciate the gesture, I couldn’t help but feel uneasy about how the glasses are cleaned, stored, and reused. For a brand of Louis Vuitton’s stature, these small details make a big difference in maintaining a sense of luxury and trust. I would strongly suggest the store return to offering sealed water bottles. Not only does it feel more exclusive, but it also ensures a higher standard of hygiene and peace of mind for guests.
