Since 1913 Prada has been synonymous with cutting-edge style. His intellectual universe unites concept, structure and image, through codes that go beyond trends. His fashion transcends the product: it is the translation of the conceptual into a universe that becomes a point of reference for those who love to experiment, challenging conventions.
Zero star, never going there again.... I recently purchased a T-shirt from the Tysons Galleria location. Unfortunately, the sales associate failed to include the product tag in the bag. When I tried the item on at home and found it did not fit, I attempted to return it within a few days. However, the store manager refused to process the return, citing the missing tag — which was not included due to the associate’s oversight.
We attempted to discuss the issue again with the manager and requested that the store review camera footage to confirm the tag had not been provided. Instead, the store associate took my receipt, went behind the counter, and stamped it “Final Sale.” This stamp was not on the original receipt. I then contacted Prada Customer Service, who informed me they were not responsible for store-level issues and were surprised that I had been referred to them.
This situation reflects both negligence — for failing to include the tag — and unethical behavior — for altering the receipt after the purchase.

I purchased a bag from the SOHO location in December 2025, I had noticed the logo began to fade overtime. I went in store today to inquire about repair/warranty. Three sales assistances were present and wouldn't let me finish my sentence before saying it was normal wear and tear. I inquired about the repair process and instead of calmly explaining the process to me they interjected quite loudly it was 300! this is not my first purchase and I'm aware of costs associated but there is a manner in which you communicate with customers. I thanked them and then briefly looked at another bag when one of the same sales assistants bolted to help me. I excused myself. Disappointed and will not be returning. I prefer NYC or likely will purchase from another retailer.
