- MMMikeNov 11, 20251.0Rude store Manager. If you are going to offer veteran and military discounts maybe you should learn that VA Identification cards have been digital since 2022. I can’t show you a physical card if the government only provides a digital one. The manager tried to refuse the discount and made me feel embarrassed as a veteran. I never even ask for discounts out my wife insisted we should use it, so I showed the Manager my digital card and she said she would accept it just this one time. Once again the department of VA does not offer physical cards only digital ones. You might want to inform your store Manager about this.

Unfortunately, this location is the opposite. The store is often disorganized, some items are damaged, and the manager, Elissa, does not seem engaged with the store floor. Today, I even found a jacket with a torn tag where the security sensor was attached. Situations like this make it clear that proper attention is not being given to the store. Instead of addressing these issues, I was asked to leave simply for taking a photo of an item I wanted to check. I was also refused the purchase of three items that were all the same size and intended for myself. This behavior does not reflect the standards of the Ralph Lauren brand, and I hope management will take appropriate action
