  I visited this store on November 14, 2025. During my visit, I selected five different items. Through FaceTime, my cousin liked one of those items, a cable-knit cardigan, and asked me to purchase another one in a different size for her kid. However, when I was checking out, the store manager informed me that I was not allowed to purchase two of the same item because, according to her, I had “bought too many of their products.” After reviewing the store’s inventory, she told me I could only purchase the cardigan in size L, but not in size XL, because they only had one XL left in store and needed to “save it for other customers.” As a result, I was limited to purchase the original five different items. After the visit, I reviewed the Ralph Lauren outlet purchase limit policy, which states: “5 units of the same style and/or color combination per customer, per day, and a total purchase limit of 25 units per customer or group per day.” Based on this policy, my request clearly fell within the allowed limits. I don’t want to say that the manager was intentionally rude or discriminatory, but the explanation I received was confusing and inconsistent with the published policy. I will be seeking clarification from Ralph Lauren’s customer service department or higher management.

  Extremely rude store manager. I think the managers name is either Elizabeth or Andrea. The shopping experience was entirely ruined by my interaction with her while shopping and during checkout. Store visit made on Aug 16. at around 3 pm.

  Manager on duty @ 11:15 am timeframe is pitiful. Went to store do a return on items purchased. Gave all receipts I had to them and upon doing refund was told only partial would go to back to my account and other part gift card(I did not pay with gift card). I asked why she states oh you need your card ending with 4428, explained to them I have no card ending with that or was used, but they on persistently coming at with that as I had to explain to them over and over which started to get irritating. I explained to them if you look at previous receipts I did an exchange for this item and they gave me credit for that, the manager said well they did it wrong so I have to give you a gift card. I didn’t pay with card so not my fault that’s between Polo not my problem, then I even said well I will drive to location I did purchase and solve it with them , but told me I can’t cancel transaction so you have to take gift card, oh I have to take gift card nope not happening. So after trying to force me to take it and me starting to get upset and say well I’m not taking it so you better figure it out she logged into the iPad they had and made changes and gave me my complete refund to the card I had made the purchase on. So after wasting like 10 minutes could of been done from the beginning (which I knew it could be done)So just a heads up if anyone of them try to give you credit for a return if you are buying something else, say no give me a refund and then just make your purchase, I believe this was done intentionally by the associate that way you forced to spend money there if you ever return purchase. After all that the manager didn’t even apologize for the mistake.

  Rude store manager who used quantity purchase limit policy impractically. I was first not allowed to buy 5 Polo T-shirts with 2 in XL, 2 in L, and 1 in M, until I had to spend time explaining that they are for my daughter, my nephew, and my niece, that she let me buy 4. When I mentioned that I was able to buy at other location without facing quantity limit purchase, she offered to look up at my purchase history and call that particular location. Her explanation towards this policy has changed from time to time. I believed that I was even kicked out from the Polo customer list to get special discount when I visited the store lat time (as I did no longer receive email from Polo). I have been a loyal customer of Polo for more than 30 years using all purchased items without intention of reselling and would say this particular one is the worst.
