For all manufacturing defects, we invite you to bring your item back to one of our shops. If you do not have a shop near you, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you. Please have your original proof of purchase when you call, email or stop by. • Photos of the item clearly showing the problem

A copy of your order confirmation (on your phone is fine) and one of the following: a valid driver's license or passport.
• Where do I go when I arrive ?
