- BMBea MApr 16, 20225.0Great customer service and super helpful! I needed a loom last minute and emailed them in a panic asking if they had any in stock to pick up. Luckily they did! They responded extremely quickly, and held one at the front desk for pickup! The shop itself is well stocked and really neat, and the ladies running it were so nice and welcoming. I wish I had more time to spend at it, but if you’re into fiber arts (especially knitting) check it out! Knitters paradise
